The Qualifications We Seek

  • At least 1 year of BPO experience in healthcare, pharmacy, medical office, customer service, or similar field
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
  • Familiarity with customer service systems and tools
  • Empathy, patience, and genuine commitment to assisting patients

Your Daily Tasks

  • Assist patients with prescription orders and healthcare-related inquiries
  • Coordinate with pharmacy teams for verification and fulfillment
  • Provide clear updates on order status and instructions
  • Document all interactions accurately
  • Manage data in line with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA)
  • Escalate complex concerns when needed
